Return, Replace and Refund Policy

At DAMAS COMPANY, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and satisfying. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied or have received an incorrect or damaged item, you may request a return, replacement, or exchange. 

Please note that exchanges are only applicable for items of equal value or can be used as part payment toward an item of higher value. In such cases, the price difference will be invoiced accordingly. Kindly note that exchanges for items of lower value are not permitted, and no partial refunds will be issued.

Returns & Refunds 

You may return any item that is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and labels. Once received and inspected, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, as appropriate. 

Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of use or is not in the condition in which it was delivered.

Defective or Faulty Items 

If your item is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault or workmanship issue, you may choose to have it returned, repaired, replaced, or refunded. If a repair or replacement is not possible, you may request a full refund or a price adjustment should you decide to keep the item.

Cancellations and refunds: 

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been submitted, please contact us immediately and provide your order number. Pre-orders can only be canceled within the first 48 hours of confirmation. Once the items are confirmed or services have been provided, cancellations are no longer possible. 

If you pay by credit or with debit card, any fees charged by the payment provider for using this method may be deducted from your refund. Refunds for card payments will be credited back to your account.

How to Initiate a Return 

To request a return or replacement, please email us at info@damas.com.mv with the following details:

  •  Original order number 
  • Description of the item(s) to be returned 
  • Reason for the return 

Note: Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization. Kindly contact us before sending any items back. 

For items that arrive damaged, please notify the delivery personnel immediately upon receipt.
